Join ex-principal ballerina, Marianne Grobbelaar, for a one-of-a-kind exercise class combining ballet, Pilates, yoga, strength, cardio and flexibility training.
She draws from her dance background and uses her current experience as a Medical Exercise Specialist- helping you to gain body awareness, optimized core health (with focus on the pelvic floor) and general balance in all muscle groups. Guided breath work will accompany each exercise and the class will be concluded with a short meditation.
