How Vancouver’s Southeast Gets Greener Every Day

Jeremy Miller, owner of Houston Landscapes, recalls the moment he knew that River District’s transformation had truly begun. “There were 22 people in our team, working all day to finish our landscaping project. We’d just taken down the blue security fencing for the first time. Before we knew it, there were at least four families there, picnicking. And a dozen kids on the play structure there. I just thought—yeah, this is it. The waterfront is coming back to life.”
