It’s a new year and there are plenty of reasons to visit your neighbours #downbytheriver! Don’t miss your opportunity this month to meet and talk with the City at one of their 2 open houses at the River District Centre. Learn how to get a better handle on your money this year, attend TD’s RRSP, TFSA, and RESP info session!  Along with our great lineup of classes, check out our new Pilates class, and if you have a little one or a little one on the way, Fit 4 Two is back and is a wonderful way to meet other moms in the area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

City of Vancouver Open House

Fit 4 Two

Date: Starting January 2nd
Place: River District Centre (8683 Kerr St)

Fit 4 Two is back- Monday morning and Tuesday afternoons for mom and baby classes. Pregnant ladies try prenatal fitness Saturday afternoons. Sign up and see Fit 4 Two’s full list of classes here.                                                                

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pilates at River District

Date: Mondays, FREE TRIAL January 15th

Time: 9:30 to 10:30am
Place: River District Centre (8683 Kerr St)
Fee: $90 for 6 class series or $20 drop-In (drop-ins must have Pilates experience)

Come try Pilates with Marla, before starting her 6- week series. She will be guiding participants through a mat work series where individuals will learn classic exercises with variations to suit different fitness levels. More details here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INTRAINING Along the River

Date: Sundays, January 21st to April 15th

Join the 2018 Vancouver Sun Run InTraining Program! Training starts in January and the run takes place on Sunday, April 22nd .

Dine Out: Romer’s

Date: Starting January 19th

Romer’s is excited to be participating in the 16th anniversary celebration of the Dine Out™ Vancouver Festival. Restaurants around the city will offer multi-course dinners at $20, $30 or $40*.
