Happy February! This month of February has love in the air and the excitement of spring just around the corner.
This month starts with a Valentine’s Day Kids Craft Session, join us as we create some Valentine crafts in celebration of all things LOVE. Be sure to join us for the festivities! Plus Frolicking Families hosted by Family Place returns this month.
For this month’s Ladies Night, we’ll dedicate some much needed time for self care. A sample of some techniques and modalities to help balance the body, mind and spirit. After a busy start to the year, it will be a great treat to join us for meditation and emotional freedom techniques to reduce stress and anxiety plus a Quantum touch session to relieve physical tension.

Ladies Night: Self Care Tips
This month’s Ladies Night, we are taking some time for healing and self care. We will meditate, learn techniques to reduce stress and enjoy quantum healing using essential oils.

The 2020 RRSP deadline is fast approaching!
