River District Pumpkin Stencil

Spooky season is here in River District and whether you’re indulging in pumpkin spice lattes, visiting a pumpkin patch, attending a Halloween party or Trick-or-Treating (handing out or eating), there’s a nostalgic feeling to all the activities you can do in October. In the spirit of Halloween, we have prepared a River District pumpkin stencil for you to try out this year. See instructions below.

Materials Needed:

  • Fresh, clean pumpkin
  • Printed stencil design
  • Tape
  • Pumpkin carving and scraping tools
  • Scissors
  • Black sharpie


  1. Wash the pumpkin or wipe it with a damp cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Let it dry completely. 
  2. Cut around the stem and thoroughly clean out the inside.
  3. Tape your stencil to the pumpkin and trace.
  4. Carve out RD on your pumpkin and now you’re done!
